Ingredients
1cupdark chocolate chips (or 6 oz)
1lbstrawberries
2tspavocado oil
Instructions
Line a sheet pan with parchment paper.
Put dark chocolate chips in a microwave safe bowl. Heat on high in the microwave for 30 seconds. Stir, then microwave for an additional 20-25 seconds before stirring again. Continue heating in 15-second intervals until the chocolate is melted and smooth.
Stir the avocado oil into the melted chocolate.
Coat the strawberries by dipping and twisting each strawberry in the melted chocolate. Place strawberries on your parchment-lined sheet pan.
Chill the strawberries in the fridge for 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
Note that there will be excess chocolate after coating the strawberries. This is intentional to make dipping easier! Nutritional information has been adjusted accordingly, assuming the use of 4.5 of the 6 oz of chocolate.
