Ingredients
1jicama, peeled and cut into matchsticksOr buy 10-oz package of jicama sticks to make it easy.
2small apples (crispy variety), cut into matchstickse.g., granny smith, fuji, honeycrisp
1cupshredded red cabbage
1small jalapeno, seeded and diced
1/4cupcilantro, chopped
1/3cupplain Greek yogurt
1lime, juiced
1shallot, minced
1Tbspavocado or olive oil
1Tbsphoney
1/2tspdijon mustard
1/4tspsalt
Instructions
