Ingredients
1.5lbmedium red potatoes
2tbspextra virgin olive oil
1/2tspgarlic powder
1/2tsponion powder
1/2tspsalt
1/2tspdried oregano
black pepper, to taste
Instructions
Slice red potatoes 1/4 in thick. In a small bowl, mix your dried spices together (garlic powder, onion powder, salt, oregano, and black pepper if using).
Toss sliced potatoes with olive oil and dried spices.
Preheat air fryer to 380° for a couple of minutes. Spread potatoes in the basket evenly. Air fry for 12 to 15 minutes, shaking twice (roughly at the 5 and 10-minute mark). Potatoes are done when most pieces have browned.
